Returns Policy
Hair extensions are considered a hygiene product and must not be applied or used if a return is to be approved. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
If a product purchased from Nythaar Extensions is sealed, your right of return is void once the seal has been broken. If the product is delivered without a seal, you may carefully inspect it; however, it must not be used. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
When shopping at Nythaar Extensions, you are entitled to a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. To exercise your right of return, you must clearly notify us within this period.
Please note that Nythaar Extensions cannot be held responsible for hair that has been dyed, as we cannot guarantee the outcome regardless of the method used.
Exchanges
We understand that choosing the correct color online can be challenging. Therefore, we offer exchanges on unopened hair extensions within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for products that have been opened or damaged.
Unclaimed Packages
Nythaar Extensions reserves the right to charge a fee for any unclaimed packages.
Refunds
If you return a product to Nythaar Extensions, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once the item has been handed over to you. All orders are shipped via GLS.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping cost.
Risk of Goods
The risk of the product transfers to you as the consumer upon delivery.
Use of Products
Nythaar Extensions is not responsible for how the products are used or for any misuse.

Complaints
We comply with the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding complaints.
If you experience any defects or issues with your order, you must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem and provide a description of the issue.
As a consumer, you have the right to request either a repair or a replacement.
The right to complaint only applies to defects present at the time of delivery and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
For products with limited durability, including hair extensions, complaints can only be made within the period during which Nythaar Extensions has stated the product is expected to last. The lifespan depends on how the hair is applied, handled, and maintained.
Hair from Nythaar Extensions is expected to last up to 5 months from the date of purchase.

Payment is only charged when the item is dispatched.
All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT.
Viabill

Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order, this will be clearly indicated in the product title and your order confirmation. The expected shipping time will be stated in the product description.
If your order contains multiple items, including a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock.
For pre-orders with a delivery time exceeding 7 days, payment may be charged before dispatch, as we cannot hold the authorization longer. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.
Personal Data
Personal information registered on nythaar.dk will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted system.
Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You may choose to save your address information for future visits. If you wish to delete this information, you can do so via your browser settings.
When placing an order, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email address solely for order processing. This data is stored electronically in unencrypted form for up to 5 years. The purchase agreement is not stored in a way that allows you to log in and view or modify it later.
We also record the IP address used to place the order. This information is generally not used but may be relevant in the event of a police investigation. All fraudulent orders are reported to the police.
In accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to have it deleted upon request.
