Terms of trade

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Nythaar Extensions. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between us and you as the buyer.

RETURNED

When you buy at NytHaar Extensions, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive the product. If you choose to make use of the right of return, you must clearly express that you have intentions about this. Your 14 day return policy period starts from the day you receive your order.

When you return a product, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You must not use the product. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence on your part, you will lose your right of return on the product.

When you return a product, you must return everything that was in the original delivery, including, but not limited to, the used packaging, additional gifts as well as the purchased product.

If a product you purchased from Nythaar Extensions comes with a seal and you break that seal, you waive your right of return. If the product was delivered without a seal, you can carefully inspect the product. You must not use the products and you must be able to return the products in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

Nythaar Extensions disclaims all responsibility for the hair if the hair is dyed, as we can not guarantee the outcome no matter what method or methods are used.

REPLACEMENT

Because we know that it can be difficult to choose the right color via computer, we will gladly exchange unopened hair extensions within 14 days. We will not exchange packages that have been opened or damaged due to hygienic reasons.

COLLECTED PACKAGES

Nythaar Extensions reserves the right to charge the customer for each uncollected package.

REFUND OF RETURNED PACKAGES

If you have returned a product to Nythaar Extensions, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your return. If you have sent a product back to us, you are responsible for all shipping costs in connection with the return of the product.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery of goods from Nythaar Extensions is considered to have taken place when the goods have been delivered. The shipment of goods takes place through GLS or PostNord.

Delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days, or as written next to the item. If the package is returned to us because it has not been picked up at the post office, you will receive the amount paid minus shipping return.

THE RISK OF THE PRODUCT:
The risk for the item passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

USE OF THE ITEM:
Nythaar Extensions does not guarantee how the buyer uses the goods, nor for misuse.

COMPLAINT

Any errors or defects in delivery from Nythaar Extensions must be notified to us, within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contact us quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear for up to two years from the time you have received the item. Items with defects and deficiencies that have arisen due to wear and tear or incorrect use will not be returned.

For all hair, there is no guarantee or right of complaint as soon as the product is used, the shelf life depends on how the hair is applied, handled and cared for.

Price and payment
We accept the following means of payment:

  • Visa Electron
  • Mastercard

Payment is made only upon dispatch of the item.

All prices on Nythaar Extensions are in DKK and incl. VAT.

PRE ORDER:

If you make a pre-order, this will be in the product heading, and it will be in your order confirmation. In the product description you can see how many days the item is expected to be shipped. If you have ordered several items in the same order, with a pre-order, the entire order will be sent when the pre-order is in stock. If you make a pre-order which is more than 7 days, we are forced to withdraw the money from your account before sending, as we can not keep the money reserved anymore and the order will be canceled.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
personal information registered on nythaar.dk will not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

When paying, a secure encrypted method is used through the shop system.

The shop system uses cookies. One cookie is a file that is saved on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save its own address information for the next visit. If you want to delete this information at a later time, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the menu "Functions" and the menu item "Internet settings".

During a purchase, we must use name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. the purchase agreement is not stored with us in a way so that you can later log in and see / change status.

In addition, we register the IP address from which any. purchases are made. The information is usually not used, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police.
